Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important and will be respected and protected. Any and all communication between you and Dr. Nerison, including the existence of any relationship we may formally establish, will be kept completely confidential and will never be disclosed without your written permission.

The only exception to the above is if such information is requested by law-enforcement authorities bearing warrants or unless required to by order of a court or competent jurisdiction. In addition, if we establish a consulting relationship and you tell me that you are involved in one of the following, I am mandated to report such to the appropriate authorities: child abuse; the abuse of an elderly or other vulnerable adult; intent to commit suicide; and intent to harm an identified other.

All personal information such as name, address, email address and billing information will never be shared, sold or used for other purposes without your permission.

Please bear in mind that e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication is very sensitive, or includes personal information like your credit card number, it may be advisable to communicate by postal mail or telephone.
